Ἀπόλλωνι Κενδρισῳ Βειθυς Κοτυος ἱερεὺς Συρίας θεᾶς δῶρον ἀνε- 5 θηκεν.

Translation
Bithys, son of Kotys, priest of the Syrian goddess, dedicated this gift to Apollo Kendrisos.
Битис, син на Котис, жрец на Сирийската богиня, посвети в дар на Аполон Кендрисос.

Apollo Kendrisos (or Kendrisenos) was the main deity of Philippopolis. The name and the patronymic of the dedicant – Bithys and Kotys – are among the most frequent Thracian names.
