Translation
Amaistas, son of Medistas, after having been a priest, [dedicated] to Dionysus.
Аместас, син на Медистас, след като беше жрец, [посвети] на Дионис.

Commentary
The name and the patronymic of the priest are Thracian. Note the Ionic form of the verb ἰερητεύω (Attic ἱερατεύω).
