Μᾶρκον Αὐρήλιον Ἀν-
τωνεῖνον αὐτοκράτο-
ρα Γερμανικὸν Σαρματι-
κὸν Μηδικὸν Παρθι-
κὸν ἡ πόλις ἡ Τραιαν-
έων τὸν αὑτῆς κτίστ-
ην ἐν τῷ ἐνπορίῳ ἐν Δισ-
κοδουρατέραις, ἡγεμο-
νεύοντος τῆς ἐπαρχίας
Ἀσελ[λ]ί̣ο̣υ ̣Α̣ἰ̣μ̣[ι]λ̣[ια]ν̣οῦ̣

Translation
Good fortune. The city of Traiana [set up a statue] of its founder, Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Imperator Germanicus Sarmaticus Medicus Parthicus, in its emporium Discoduraterae, under the governor of the province Asellius Aemilianus.
На добър час! Градът на траянците [издигна статуя] на своя основател император Марк Аврелий Антонин, Германски, Сарматски, Мидийски, Партски в тържището в Дискодуратера, когато управител на провинцията беше Азелий Емилиан.
